Ltd. formerly know as Western China Advanced Rare Metal Materials Co. is a leading technology and manufacturing company that engineers refractory metal, nonferrous metal, metallic fibers in the world. Zhou Lian,  Chairman

Professor Zhou, a renowned expert on superconductor and rare metal materials, has been with the company since its establishment. He is also the president of Northwest Institute of Nonferrous Metal Research (NIN), which plays a key role in the nonferrous industry in China. His expertise in those areas makes him among the first to become  Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE). Besides being a doctorial supervisor as a  professor at university, he is the president of Chinese Materials Research Society (C-MRS), the director of the Department of Metallurgy, Chemical and Materials of Chinese Academy of Engineering, and the  president of International Union of Materials Research Society (IUMRS).

Jiu Jianhui,  President

Mr Jiu has extensive expertise in the field of welding technology of nonferrous metal and research of clad materials and equipment. Many research projects in which he presides have received awards from the state. He has published dozens of research papers in these areas. Prior to his current position, Mr. Jiu was the director of Pressure Vessel Factory of NIN, vice president of NIN, and vice president of Xi'an Advanced Metal Materials Co., the predecessor of Western Metal Materials Co.
